There are many ways to download videos from YouTube (which we are utilizing as the host for most of our videos), and the following is one of the easier methods.

iDesktop.tv provides an easy way to watch, search, and even save YouTube videos from your browser.  One of the features is the ability to download the video as as FLV video or as AVI, MP4, MOV, 3GP, WMV, EXE, and even zipped.  This takes away the burden of having to download separate programs to convert, download, encode, reconvert, the FLV to finally view it and save it on your computer.
