- If an assignment is a collaborative work, please first search the Repository whether has it being uploaded by your partner or group members.
- Give a meaningful name to your file(s). If there is more than 1 file for an assignment, compressed them into a zipped folder or WinRAR file.
- Do include all relevant files like presentation slides and worksheets such that members can utilize your resources immediately.
- The standardized way of naming the resource files is Sub-Topic (Main Type of Resources) - Name.xxx
- E.g. Newton’s First Law of Motion (LP) – Amy Chan.doc
- E.g. Lemon Battery (Demo) – Ben Tan.zip
- If your assignment is less than 10MB, click on the Repository, and locate the folder that best describes your assignment. After that, click on Submit File at the bottom right corner of the page.
- Type in the File Title and Description. If in doubt, refer to similar resources and model.
- File Title
Sub-Topic (Main Type of Resource) E.g. Reflection of Light (Lesson Plan)
- Description
Type of Resources E.g. Lesson Plan, Presentation Slides, Crocodile Physics File, GSP File etc.
Level Planned for E.g. Sec 3N(A) Mixed Abilities
Embedded YouTube Videos
Any other useful information E.g. Introduction
- Short Description (uncheck Autogenerate Short Desc)
Type of Resources E.g. Lesson Plan & Worksheet with Answer.
- Select the most appropriate Icon to describe the file type.
- Key in the full name(s) of the owner(s) of the assignment at File Author.
- Click Submit File.
If an assignment is more than 10 MB, please compress your materials into a zipped file (same naming convention as above) and click here to deposit. Once that is done, contact us with the Topic and the details in steps 4 & 5 above so as to assist the moderators in filling up the descriptions.
Thank you for your cooperation in this standardization process as it will help in minimizing searching time as the knowledge network grows.
