If you have done your Maths, it is not difficult to see why you should upload your resources for sharing.  There are (for example) 22 Physics O Levels Topics altogether and it would typically take a beginning teacher 2~3 years before he/she would have a full compilation (of PowerPoint, Notes and Task Sheets) if they were to embark on the endeavour individually.

This is an endeavour that is by no means an easy feat - even permanent school teachers who have been teaching for years would have difficulty achieving that.  However, by leveraging upon the platform of Physics is FUN!, all of us would just need to submit our own NIE assignments to tap into the huge network of resources by others.
